1987 FRANKLIN MINT HOUSE OF FABERGE IMPERIAL JEWELED SLEIGH. The condition is superb for a work that is nearly four decades old. I have had several of these over the years, and this is by far the best one I have had. The gold plating, enamel, and gemstones are perfect, with hardly any visible tarnish. No more of these will ever be created.
24k gold plated over solid 925 sterling silver with pearls, rubies, and enamel. The front seat of the sleigh tilts forward slightly to reveal a small hidden compartment. 24k gold over 4.34 troy ounces of sterling silver. 38 Pearls sized between 5.3mm to 2.8mm. 7 Rubies sized at 3mm.
White marble display base with 24k gold plated silver feet. Fully hallmarked FM87, Sterling 925, and the Cyrillic symbol for The House of Faberge, your assurance of the highest quality. The Sleigh measures 3.75" Long x 1.5" Wide x 3.5 High. The Marble Base measures 6.5" Long x 4.5" Wide x 1.5.
